Consider this scenario: Your company uses Highspot, but for many recordings downloads are blocked. Also, you can’t use mobile apps on your phone or iPad as a managed device is required to log in to Highspot.
I recently learned that you can also install iPad Apps on your Mac – just open the App Store on the Mac and install Highspot.
When I find content I want / have to watch I just flip the “Available Offline” Switch on the Highspot Website:
When you open the Highspot app on your Mac, the app will download all previously marked offline content. You can access everything under the bottom right “Offline Content” section:
